Processing & Shipping Info

Processing- Once an order has been placed please allow 1-3 bussiness days for non-handemade it to be shipped. And handmade items can vary on orders ahead of yours, most items state on each individual descriptions. We do try and get orders out as quick as possible but everyday life as a mummy of 2 under 3 sometime delays can happen and you will be notified. 

Shipping- I like to email out a estimated arrival posted date for each order, we use Australia post and transdirect couriers, generally from shipped date its between 1-5 business days you should receive your items. We make no profit of shipping cost and do try and keep our shopping fees at bare minimum. 

Weekends I like to allocate to spending time with my little munchkins and my big kids aka husband. Please understand that orders made on late Friday may not get attended to til Monday.

Items on back order- Please take note some items are on back order and can take 2-6 weeks before being shipped.
