Please choose carefully as we do NOT accept refunds or change of mind once an order has been placed.

Within 7 days of an item has arriving and it is not as pictured or as per description then store credit can be given. If you are honest about damaging a product yourself and it can be repaired we are happy to repair it for you but in doing this buyer will be responsible of return postage costs.

We make sure each item is safely packaged and ready for safe travels in shipping. If you have damaged the product yourself for force, misuse or not following instructions then we unfortunately will not take responsibly, so please follow instructions carefully.
